Upload/Return File Instructions

Rates and jurisdictions provided through this upload are subject to revision on
a calendar year basis. Submitted files must be in comma delimited text format
(.CSV) with no header row and with the following fields in the order specified
in the Upload File Format description below. Note: The Address, City, Zip Code,
and Year fields are required and must contain valid alpha/numeric text. If the
field is optional, you may leave that field blank in your file, but you need to
account for the field in the comma delimited format. If you have any questions
concerning the Upload File Format, please review the sample file at the bottom
of this page.

Following your submission, please check the
Upload/Return File Status Page . This page will display the status of
your submissions and upon completion of the batch processing, your return
file(s) will be available to download. The last

submissions will always be available for re-download. Each retrieval will
consist of two downloadable files named "{user_id}_{job_id}SDAR.csv" and
"{user_id}_{job_id}SDAE.csv" where {user_id} represents the numeric identity of
your online user account and {job_id} corresponds to the sequential Upload Job
ID of your file at the time of submission.
