Address-level Files are available for each Ohio school district.
Download File Format
The structure and data elements of the address-level file is illustrated in the table structure below. Each school district file will be named with its 6-Digit Ohio Department of Education School District Number.
Data Element Field Description Address Level Example
1 Beginning Effective Date Date in CCYYMMDD format. Indicates the beginning date the table should be used to retrieve address boundary data. 20040101
2 Ending Effective Date Date in CCYYMMDD format. Indicates the last date the table should be used to retrieve address boundary data. 20041231
3 Street Address This field includes the Street Number, Street Name, and Street Type. 19 S HIGH ST
4 City Name Name of city. COLUMBUS
5 State Abbreviation Abbreviation of state. OH
6 ZIP Code 9-digit ZIP Code 43215-6108
